Bug Reporting
We have added the function in your app to allow your customers to feedback any issues they find. This is also a requirement by Apple that you must have this option if you are to have an app on the App store.
To enable bug reporting navigate to:
WordPress Admin – Buddyboss App – Settings – Feedback
Once you have enabled the ‘Report a Bug’ option you can see the bug reporting option within your apps setting. To locate the setting open your app, More Menu – Settings – Report Bug.
In this video tutorial, you will learn how to enable the “Report a Bug” menu in the BuddyBoss App. This feature allows your members to submit bug reports including text, attachments and device details, to be sent to a specified email address.
