BuddyBoss Publishing Service
Submitting apps to Apple and Google can be time-consuming and complex. The BuddyBoss Publishing Service takes care of this process for you, ensuring compliance and reducing the risk of rejections.
Before you begin, complete all steps in the Google Play Store Publishing Checklist and Apple App Store Publishing Checklist. Once complete, follow these steps to submit a publish request:
How it works:
- Generate your iOS and Android Release Builds.
- WordPress Dashboard > BuddyBoss App > Publishing Service.
- Complete the Apple & Google Publishing Checklists.
- Submit your publish requests and confirm build versions.
- For Apple: Review the App Store Version, click Confirm Version, and make sure your new release is prepared in App Store Connect. If details are missing, update them in App Store Connect and click Check Again.
- For Google: In the Google Play Details section, enter your Developer Account ID, then confirm your Release Name and Release Notes for the Production release.
- Choose whether BuddyBoss handles review responses for you (recommended) or if you’ll respond directly.
- Submit for review. The BuddyBoss team manages submission.
Note:
Apple has stricter review guidelines. Expect the review process to take longer (often a few days).
Google reviews are usually faster than Apple (sometimes within hours).
