Install Test Builds on Devices

Test builds let you preview your app on real devices and confirm that everything works as expected. Installing test builds on iOS and Android helps you review layouts, navigation, and performance before creating a release build.

For iOS devices:

1. WordPress Admin > BuddyBoss App > Configure > iOS Devices.
   
2. Add New Device → scan QR to register.
   
3. Request an iOS Test Build in BuddyBoss App > Builds.
   
4. Once built, click Install Test App → scan QR → Install on device.
   

Each iOS device UDID must be registered. Rebuild if QR codes expire.

For Android devices:

1. WordPress Admin > BuddyBoss App > Builds > Build History.
   
2. Filter for Android Test App.
   
3. Click Install Test App → scan QR → download → install.
   

If blocked, enable Unknown Sources in device settings. Builds expire after ~30 days.
